1. No Right of Withdrawal for Handmade Unique Items
Since all clothing and accessories from Atelier Sabani are handmade unique items or custom-made pieces, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Each piece is individually manufactured, therefore returns or cancellations are not possible after an order has been placed.

2. Cancellation Before Production Begins
Cancellation is only possible as long as production has not yet begun.
Please contact us immediately by email at info@atelier-sabani.com.
Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

3. Complaints and Defects
Should an item, despite careful handcrafting, have a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email at info@atelier-sabani.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.

We will review each case individually and work together to find a solution – e.g., repair or replacement, if possible.

4. Shipping and Return Costs
In the case of an authorized return, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.

Collection orders will not be accepted.

5. Custom Orders and Special Requests
Items made according to individual measurements, colors, or special design requests are excluded from exchange and return.
